We’re excited to welcome Madeline Murphy to the Chamber team as our new Marketing Coordinator. In this role, Madeline will support project management across the marketing team and helps bring social content and communications to life, from highlighting member stories to sharing the impact of our work across the region.
Madeline brings a strong interest in storytelling and a thoughtful approach to communication. Before joining the Chamber, she worked in a communications-focused role where she supported content development and creative projects, including work with Garden & Gun. Her experience in crafting engaging stories will help us continue to elevate how we showcase our members and their impact.
When asked what she’s most looking forward to in her new role, Madeline shared, “As the Charleston region’s business community continues to evolve, I’m excited to take on the challenge of using social and digital platforms to further strengthen the Chamber’s mission and impact.”
A graduate of the University of Florida, Madeline developed her passion for communications through both her academic experience and hands-on work. Her curiosity and strategic approach to storytelling will be on display as she learns more about the people, organizations and issues that impact the Charleston region.
“We are excited to welcome Madeline to our team and the perspective she brings to our work,” said Erin Aylor, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Events. “Her creativity will help us better showcase our members, their impact and the role they play in shaping our region.”
Madeline is originally from Singer Island, Florida, and now calls West Ashley home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Charleston’s arts and culture scene and can often be found at the Terrace Theater or listening to live music around town.
We’re excited to have Madeline on board and can’t wait for you to see her work come to life across the Chamber’s platforms.
